STEPS FOR PAYMENT OF FEES
1. First open the website www.kvhaldwani.org or www.kvsangathan.nic.in
2. Click on the link named as UBI Online Fee Collection in website.
3. Home screen of UBI will appear as given below.

Enter student UID (i.e. 15/16 digit) and DOB (i.e. DD/MM/YYYY).
Enter the text/captcha as appear in screen.(case sensitive)
Click on LOGIN button.
Welcome screen will appear as given below of concerned student having three links Make Payment (for
online mode), Generate Challan(for offline mode) and Print receipt(for any quarter upto last two years).
OFFLINE MODE
Click on GENERATE CHALLAN for submitting fees (cash) by offline mode at nearest UBI branch.
3 Copy of Challan: Bank Copy, Student Copy and School Copy.
Challan auto filled by UBI system containing Student UID, Admission No, Name, DOB, Father’s Name, School
Name, Region, Class, Fee Period, Contact No and Fee Amount(TF, VVN,CF).
Late fine column will be blank to write fine amount manually by bank official according to date of fees
submission.
Bank official uses KVFCOLL menu in FINACLE SOFTWARE to deposit fees as there is no A/c No printed in
challan.
Obtain 2 challan duly acknowledged by bank branch with transaction number, date of deposit, bank official
signature/branch stamp.
Student retain their copy of challan and submit school copy of challan to the class teacher in next day.
ONLINE MODE
8. Click on MAKE PAYMENT for submitting fees by online mode.
9. Fee detail will be displayed on your screen as shown below:
10. Check the details and click on MAKE A PAYMENT button and payment option screen will appear as given
below
11. Choose any online mode of payment (Credit card/Debit card/ internet banking)
DEBIT CARD
If Debit card (Pay by VISA etc.) choosen as payment option then select your bank and enter your debit card
details like Debit Card No.(16 digit), Expiry Date Month & Year, CVV/CVC(3 digit security code), Account
Holder Name then click on MAKE PAYMENT button.
A payment receipt will be generated after successful payment. (Save for future reference)
No extra charges for making payment of fees through debit card.
CREDIT CARD
If credit card choosen as payment option then enter your credit card details like Credit Card No.(16 digit),
Expiry Date Month & Year, CVV/CVC(3 digit security code), Credit Card Holder Name then click on MAKE
PAYMENT button.
A payment receipt will be generated after successful payment. (Save for future reference)
Charges applicable for making payment of fees through credit card. (At present 1.5% extra).
INTERNET BANKING
If internet banking choosen as payment option then select your bank and click on MAKE A PAYMENT button
and proceed for payment.
A payment receipt will be generated after successful payment. (Save for future reference)
No extra charges for making payment of fees through internet banking.
