NEW BLOOD EXHIBITION 2015
STAND BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Proceeding to checkout and selecting a payment method constitutes as a
confirmed booking. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you confirm your
position as an authorised signatory for the education institution for which you are
purchasing a D&AD New Blood Exhibition stand.
If paying by credit card, payment will be taken from you when the order is placed.
On receipt of your booking, D&AD will send you a confirmation email and invoice.
The reservation is final only after your credit card is effectively debited.
If you choose the bank transfer payment method, make sure you include your
purchase order number. On receipt of your booking, D&AD will send you a confirmation email and invoice. The D&AD New Blood Exhibition stand fee must be paid in
full within 28 days inclusive of the invoice date. The reservation is final only after
completed payment. Incomplete bookings will be cancelled after 28 days.
If you do not have a purchase order number upon booking, you may leave this field
blank to proceed with your order. You can log into your account anytime and update
your invoice with your purchase order number.
If a cancellation is received in writing before the booking deadline of 9am Friday, 28
November 2014, no cancellation fee is charged and a full refund is given. If the
booking is cancelled after the booking deadline of 9am Friday, 28 November 2014,
you will be refunded 50% of the charge. 100% of the fee will be charged if the
cancellation is not received before 9am Friday, 29 May 2015, or is a "no show".
In the unlikely event of D&AD cancelling New Blood Exhibition because of unusual
or unforeseen circumstances beyond control, then D&AD will refund all money
already paid by you but you will not be entitled to any compensation for the loss of
the event.
D&AD events are held at an external venue. You acknowledge that D&AD may have
to change the published venue for the event for reasons beyond control and in
such cases, you will not be entitled to cancel unless the change in venue represents a significant disadvantage to you.
You are liable for any loss or damage which you may cause to the external venue
and agree to adhere to all housekeeping rules, procedures and policies (including
policies as to behaviour and conduct) that may be in place at any venue from time
to time.
If you have a disability or medical condition that requires special arrangements to
be made, please notify D&AD of your requirements when making your booking.
