INTERSPEECH is the world’s largest and most comprehensive conference on the science and
technology of spoken language processing. Show & Tell is a special event organized during the
conference. Participants are given the opportunity to demonstrate their most recent progress or
developments, and interact with the conference attendees in an informal way, such as a poster, a
mock-up, a demo, or any adapted format of their own choice. These contributions must highlight the
innovative side of the concept and may relate to a regular paper.
Each accepted proposal paper will be allocated two pages in the conference proceedings. Show &
Tell demonstrations will be presented in a dedicated time slot; each presentation space will include
one poster board, one table for mock-ups, as well as a wireless internet connection and a Central
European standard power supply. Demonstrations should be based on innovations and fundamental
research in areas of speech production, perception, communication, or speech and language
technology and systems. All submissions will be peer-reviewed. Reviewers will judge the originality,
significance, quality, and clarity of the proposed demonstration. At least one author of each
accepted submission must register for and attend the conference, and demonstrate the system
during the Show & Tell sessions.
--- Submission Guidelines --Show & Tell proposal papers must be in English and adhere to the requirements, format and style
specified in the INTERSPEECH 2015 call for papers published on the conference’s webpage, except
that the maximum length is limited to 2 pages, including references.
All papers submitted must be original contributions. Authors are invited to submit supporting data
files, such as demonstration videos, to be included in the conference proceedings if their Show & Tell
