Strike Vote Results
I am pleased to announce that at the strike vote last evening, the membership voted
overwhelmingly in favour of calling for job action up to and including a strike if necessary with
regards to Central and Local bargaining.
We have been asked not to release the official strike vote results publicly until results are tallied
for the 110 CUPE bargaining units across the Province, at which time they will be communicated
to the membership.
On behalf of both the Central and Local bargaining committees, thank you for your ongoing
support.
