Job Description: Marketing Automation Associate Job Details Location: Denver Team: Sales Reports to: Marketing Automation Specialist FLSA Classification: Exempt Hours: Full time What we’re looking for 361 Capital, an investment firm located in the Denver Tech Center, is seeking a dedicated Marketing Automation Associate. In this position, you will assist in delivering sales-driven campaigns for nurturing and revenue generation to highly targeted audiences through the use of a marketing automation tool.        Experience delivering programs in support of lead generation and funnel pull-through. Technical prowess (Cloud-based systems, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite). Copywriting and editing skills with finance industry experience preferred. Knowledge of sales processes and qualifying factors. Ability to create reports and deliver insights on Programs, Campaigns, Email, and Conversion effectiveness. Support the sales team in delivering marketing materials and technical requests. Project management skills and resourcefulness. Educational Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent. Certification/Experience     2 years marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing and demand generation. Working knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation tools required. Working knowledge of HTML. Certification/Experience with Microsoft Office. Essential Competencies:      Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing and sales cycle. Experience tracking and analyzing results from multiple sources, including Google Analytics. Savvy copywriter.
