3R Group Limited Environmental & Sustainability Policy (6-11-A-PD) Reducing the environmental impact of industry is fundamental to the core business of 3R Group Ltd (3R). We therefore commit to improving our environmental performance and reducing our environmental impact and making these integral to our business strategy and operating methods. 3R undertakes to: • Foster environmental awareness and understanding in all employees, suppliers, customers and stakeholders. • Continually monitor applicable environmental legislation and other statutory regulations to comply with or exceed the requirements. • Minimise our waste and then reuse or recycle as much of it as possible. • Assess the environmental impact of any new processes or products we intend to introduce in advance. • Manage and actively look for ways to reduce our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, including setting reduction targets and implementing systems for ongoing monitoring. • As far as is practicable, purchase products and services that do the least damage to the environment and encourage others to do the same. • Maintain close ties with the community and contribute by communicating our initiatives and assisting in local environmental initiatives. • Operate and maintain company vehicles with due regard to environmental issues as far as reasonably practical. • Avoid, remedy or mitigate with appropriate emergency procedures any adverse effects on the environment caused by our operations; and ensure these procedures are regularly reviewed and tested. • Report on our environmental objectives and performances at regular intervals. • Maintain and continually improve our Environmental Management System according to the ISO 14001 standard.
