Silent Cake and Pie Auction
Dear Parents and Friends of JMA:
The John Milledge Academy Class of 2012 is sponsoring the Fifteenth Annual Silent Cake and
Pie Auction. We are offering a great selection of desserts just in time for Thanksgiving. Please select
your favorite(s) from the attached list of goodies and fill out a bid form for each item you want. Please
return the bid form found at the bottom of this sheet to your child’s homeroom teacher by Tuesday,
November 16th, 2010. You may also email bids to [email protected]. If your bid is the highest,
we will call you by Friday, November 19th to notify you. You will not hear from us if you were outbid.
Please mail your payment to JMA or bring it to either office at the school if you are notified that you had
the high bid. (Checks payable to the JMA Class of 2012)
The desserts will be at JMA on Tuesday, November 23rd in the high school science lab (room
211) for you to pick up; this is the last day of school before the Thanksgiving holidays. Make sure you
come by sometime before 2:30pm. If you need to get your cake earlier, we can arrange an earlier pickup for you.
