Fitness Challenge
Members will be keeping a log of how many sit-ups,
push-ups, and miles run that are performed. Goals
are set in both weekly and quarterly increments. At
the end prizes are received if goals are met.
Tour de Germany
Individuals will run or cycle to various places
(either on the track, road, or cardio machines).
At each “destination” reached, the participant
will earn a prize until the run is done. This is a family
program so mileage ran can be added together.
Wall of Fitness
Based on Strength
Members will try to bench press, squat, or dead lift
weight, based on their body weight, to get
their pictures posted on the “wall of fitness”. They
can lift in any category or all categories. A t-shirt is
received for most weight lifted.
Row the Rhein
Participants will row the distance of the Rhein
Rivertotalling 1233km or 765 miles.

First deep sea fishing trip of the year with ODR in
Northern Germany! This price includes one day
on a 20 meter fishing boat in the Baltic Sea, one

and fish for the day! On Sunday morning we will
