The African American Awareness & Development Organization (AAADO) of Holland truly
values the contributions that you have made in our community. Therefore, we are honored to

This year Commemorates the 150th year for Juneteenth!

Our Mission is to enhance cultural awareness for the African American community through
educational programs, cultural enrichment, social engagement, and leadership development.
Our purpose is to network with other corporations, organizations and individuals on behalf of
the African-American population with educational and entertaining activities related to freedom,
liberty, and responsible citizenship. Our Festival events will feature family fun while
encouraging economic, political and social development.
Our Festival will provide a celebrative atmosphere that brings people together from all cultures
and backgrounds across West Michigan. The Juneteenth Festival will provide a day of unity and
peace. Come and enjoy the fine food, excellent entertainment, and fascinating conversation!
Your contribution will help to establish cross-cultural education and relationships. Please
