Please prepare and bring the following materials on the activity day:





Digital camera (for security reason, we do not recommend students to borrow
expensive equipment; mobile phone with photography function is not
recommended);
Batteries (1 fully charged and a spare);
1-2GB memory card (please format it before you attend the activity);
Stationery, notebook and water bottle.
Please bring a light lunch box for picnic (For 6 April only)

Note





Must bring along the letter for registration.
Casual wear and sport shoes are recommended. No dress or high heels. Bring
clothes for change and towel.
Please have breakfast before the activity.
In case of sickness during the activity, please contact staff for help.
Please do not bring along valuables. Students are advised to mind their own belongings at all
times.
Inclement weather arrangements
i) Before the activity
- If typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted or the Black Rainstorm warning is issued by the
Hong Kong Observatory on or after 6am on the activity day, the activity will be cancelled.
ii) During the activity
- If typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory during the
Workshop, the activity will be cancelled and participates will be arranged to leave.
- If Black Rainstorm warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory during the Workshop,
the activity will continue to proceed.

學，並於華人基督教墳場大樓前班馬線過路。When you arrive Lok Fu MTR, exit at Exit B, via Lok Fu Playground, walk around 3
mins along Junction Road with Kowloon City direction, once you cross the zebra-crossing, you will arrive the venue.
巴士 By Bus
乘搭下列巴士，於聯合道與延文禮士道交界附近落車。
Take use of the following buses, alighting between the Junction Road and Inverness Road.

Enclosed are the letter and activity reminder, kindly please pass them to the arts
ambassador. The arts ambassador must bring along the letter for registration. If the
ambassador cannot attend any activities, the school must notify the Council on the letter
with substantial reason of absence no later than one month after the camp (on or before 5
May).
