Dear AASP-MN Associate Member & Industry Supplier:
AASP-MN will hold its 21st Annual Golf Outing, Tuesday, June 16th at 3M’s Tartan Park Golf Course in Lake Elmo.
As usual, we expect to see over 150 auto repair shop owners, employees, industry suppliers, and insurance
industry representatives enjoying a fun day of golf and socializing.
Vendors (like you) are invited to sponsor holes and run contests during this popular event. Hole sponsorship
fees are $350 per hole. The fees include a sign posted at your designated hole listing your company’s name, a
sponsor listing on all promotional materials for the event, and a light dinner for up to two people working at
your hole during the event. Holes will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
We will begin play with a shotgun start at noon. All sponsors are encouraged to have a representative at their
hole and to have some type of contest or provide a service. Closest to the Pin, Longest Putt, Longest Drive,
and Hole in One are just some of the contests you could have. Other ideas are providing a cold beverage or a
snack at your hole for the golfers to enjoy. We welcome your ideas too!
After golf there will be a light dinner and an awards presentation from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.
If you are interested in sponsoring a hole at the 21st Annual AASP of Minnesota Golf Outing, please complete
the enclosed form and return with payment to our office by Friday, May 15, 2015. Please describe the contest
and prize that you will award the winner(s) of your contest or the items you plan to provide to golfers on the
attached sheet. Items such as pop and beer must be purchased through Erica at Prom Catering. She can be
reached at 651-737-8911 or [email protected]. Tartan Park does not allow you to bring your
own beverages or coolers onto the course.
