TERMS AND CONDITIONS – AAvan Vacation Asia Tour Packages
AAVAN VACATION is Easy to Book
For reservations and additional information, please have your professional travel consultant call AAvan Vacation at either 800-340-5609 IN Southern
California, or 800-340-5608 IN Northern California . You can request both air reservations and the AAVAN VACATION Land Tour program with one
telephone call. Reservations will be accepted up to two weeks prior to departure with full payment, if space is available. Booking during Holiday
periods generally require a minimum of 30 days advance notice to confirm, including “Spring Break” dates.
Deposit and Full Payment
For all bookings made more than 31 days prior to departure, a U.S. $300 per person deposit is required upon confirmation. Final payment is due 7
days after confirmation and no later than 30 days prior to departure. For bookings made less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment will always be due upon confirmation. AAVAN VACATION reserves the right to cancel any reservation where deposit or full payment is past due.
Changes
After Deposit, no change is allowed. For any change request after deposit, it will be treated as cancellation of original booking and the cancellation policy will be in effect.
Cancellations
After a reservation has been made, the following cancellation fee per person will be charged:
31 or more days Prior to Departure $300.00
30 – 15 Days Prior to Departure
50% of the full tour fare
14 - 1 Days Prior to Departure:
90% of the full tour fare
Same Day of Departure or After:
No Refund
After departure, any unused portions of any tour itinerary, including hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours, extra hotel nights, airfare or other
items included in the tour are non-refundable. Therefore the purchase of Trip Cancellation insurance is highly recommended, specifically, we recommend “ANYTIME Trip Cancellation” (provided by our Preferred Insurer, TRAVEL GUARD by Chartis.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you insure your vacation against cancellation or unexpected expenses incurred as a result of an accident, illness, or
personal tragedy etc. Please contact your travel agent or call AAVAN VACATION for detailed information.
Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of each passenger to obtain a passport, which at time travel commences must be valid for at least six months. It is also the
sole responsibility of the passenger to procure /obtain all required visas for the country/countries to be visited. As the Visa entry requirements are
subject to change, please consult your travel agent and/or local consulates/ embassies on visa requirements.
Health Requirements
Currently, no health requirements exist for visiting countries in Asia. However, as these requirements are subject to change, please consult your
travel agent or local health department.
AAVAN VACATION TOUR PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES:
- A round trip economy class international air ticket from USA to Asia destination mentioned in the flyer
- Transfers and Sightseeing during tour destination listed in the flyer
- Hotel Accommodations based on double occupancy. Single rooms are available upon payment of a single room supplement.
- Meals provided as indicated in the itinerary and are based on table d’hôte (set) menu, unless otherwise indicated.
AAVAN VACATION does not guarantee the confirmation of any type of Special Meals order in this tour package.

- Personal Incidentals, such as phone bills, laundry, postage, excess baggage fee, over-weight/size baggage fee … etc.

Itinerary Changes
Every effort will be made to ensure that each package follows the contents of the itinerary. However, on occasion, conditions or situations beyond
our control may require a necessary last-minute change.
Tours with Special Conditions
AAVAN VACATION is not responsible for any passenger been denied entry by immigration in Asia destination with or without a reason. AAVAN VACATION will not refund any unused services nor reimburse of any additional expenditure.
Responsibility
AAVAN VACATION has made arrangements in good faith for the tour services described in this flyer/brochure. Hotels and other suppliers providing
tour services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees or servants of, or joint ventures with AAVAN VACATION, or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by AAVAN VACATION are subject to terms and conditions specified by the
supplier and the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. By agreeing to utilize the services of AAVAN VACATION, the tour participant agrees that neither AAVAN VACATION or its affiliates nor its or other employees or agents, shall be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of
employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act of omission of AAVAN VACATION or its
affiliates, or their employees or agents. Further, the tour participant agrees that neither AAVAN VACATION or its affiliates, nor its or their employees
or agents, shall be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident, or death, loss, damage or delay of
baggage or other property, resulting from: (1) the act or omission on the part of any person other than AAVAN VACATION or its employees; (2) acts
of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, or any cause beyond AAVAN VACATION direct control. No person, other than a representative of AAVAN VACATION, authorized by a document in writing, may vary, add or waive any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions. Written notice of any claim against AAVAN VACATION must be received no later than fourteen (14) days
after the date that services were provided to a tour participant. All terms and conditions, including fares, schedules and rates are subject to
change without notice.
