PROCEDURE:
The structure of the Examination which will be conducted online is as follows:

The above tests will be in English Language.
ABB Marine services Pvt.Ltd. reserves the right to modify the structure of the
examination which will be intimated through its website. Other detailed information
regarding the filling of online registration form and examination procedure will be given
in a Demo Video, which will be made available for the candidates on our website and
YouTube.
Online Examination Centre:
The Online Examination centre will be the desired PC of the candidates from the desired
location (from his Home or from Cyber café)
After the payment of the registration fees of Rs 2500, the candidate can schedule his own
examination date and time(so that he can get time to prepare for examination)
(Candidate can only schedule his exam after one week and within 15 days from the date
of payment of registration fee)
On the Schedule date and time the candidate should log in to PC at least 05 minutes
before the exam time .At the schedule date and time the start exam icon will turn green
color and candidate can start the online examination.
(Administration has utmost good faith that only registered candidate is giving his/her
examination, no third person is attending the online exam on behalf of the registered
candidate. If Administration is in doubt then can reconduct the online examination at
head office)
Candidate will appear for the Online examination from their desired PC from their Home
or from the cyber cafe at his/her own risk and expenses and ABB Marine services
Pvt.Ltd. will not be responsible for any kind of injury or losses etc. of any nature.
In case of Power failure the candidate should inform the ABB marine services pvt.ltd at
earliest through email and Call on toll free no. provided.
The candidate is given 1 more chance if its proved that there was power failure during the
time of examination.
In case if the candidate misses the scheduled date and time of the online exam, the ABB
Marine services pvt.ltd.will not be responsible and leads to cancellation of candidature/
disqualification from this phase of exam conducted by ABB Marine services.pvt.ltd
Any wrong information given by candidate with regards to power failure or net down,
server down may result in cancellation of candidature/ disqualification from this phase of
exam conducted by ABB Marine services.pvt.ltd.
Cutoff Score:
Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each subject and also a
minimum total score to be considered to be shortlisted for interview and medical
examination. Depending on number of the vacancies available, cutoffs will be decided
and candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Prior to the completion of the interview
process, scores obtained in the online examination will not be shared with the candidates
shortlisted for interview.
The result of the Online exam will be informed to the candidate after 1 month from the
date of examination.
The candidate has to check from the company website regularly by logging through his
registered email ID & Password to obtain information on his result.
Interview:
Candidates who have been shortlisted in the examination will subsequently be called for
an Interview to be conducted by the ABB Marine services Pvt.Ltd. Interviews will be
conducted at Head Office location of ABB Marine services Pvt.Ltd.located in Belapur,
Navimumbai-Maharashtra. The centre, address of the venue, time & date of Interview
will be informed to the shortlisted candidates in the call letter through email. Please note
that any request regarding change in date, time etc. of interview will not be entertained.
However the ABB Marine Services Pvt.Ltd reserve the right to change the date/venue/
time/ centre etc. of interview or hold supplementary process for particular date / session /
venue / centre / set of candidates at its discretion, under unforeseen circumstances, if any.
While appearing for the Interview, the candidate should produce valid prescribed
documents as stated in our website. In the absence of documents candidature of the
candidates shall be cancelled.ABB Marine services Pvt.Ltd take no responsibility to
receive/ connect any certificate/remittance/ document sent separately.
Interview score of the candidates failing to secure minimum qualifying marks or
otherwise barred from the interview or further process shall not be disclosed. A candidate
should qualify in the Online Examination, medical examination (conducted by DG
approved Doctor) and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for
subsequent Sponsorship program from the ABB Marine services Pvt.Ltd.
Medical Examination Criteria:
Candidates has to meet the minimum medical examination criteria
As per MS 2000 Rules :
In the event of two or more candidates having obtained the same score, merit order is
decided as per date of birth (the candidate senior in age is placed before/ above the
candidate junior in age), as per the prevailing practice.
List of Documents to be produced at the time of interview(as applicable)
The following documents in original and self attested photocopies in support of the
candidate’s eligibility and identity are to be invariably submitted at the time of interview
failing which the candidate may not be permitted to appear for the interview. Non
submission of requisite documents by the candidate at the time of interview will
debar his candidature from further participation in the Selection process.
Documents Required for Admission: Printout of Application Form
 Printout of the valid Interview Call Letter
 10th/12th/Graduates/ITI/Diploma Pass Certification.(at the time of admission).
 Identity Proof( Passport/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo identity proof
issued by a Gazzetted Officer/ Identity Card issued by a recognized college/
University/ Aadhar card) with a photograph should be submitted to the invigilator
for verification.
 Address Proof-Electricity Bill/Ration card/Aadhar card.
 Photos(2nos)
 Birth Certificate/School leaving certificate
