These include guided walks and cycle rides, a wide range of talks, workshops and training courses about wildlife and environmental issues, and lots of children’s activities in amazing natural settings. Most of the events are FREE or at low cost so everyone can get involved. Small Copper Butterfly Broad-bodied Chaser Swansea has a natural environment of outstanding quality and beauty with a great diversity of landscapes and habitats including upland moorland, coastal cliffs, sandy beaches, heathland, woodland, wetlands, river valleys, grasslands, sand dunes and estuaries. These habitats, together with the many parks and gardens, pockets of urban green-space and large areas of farmland, support a huge diversity of plant and animal species and make Swansea one of the most attractive and ecologically diverse counties in the UK. Seashore Safari: meet at 2pm outside the National Trust shop, Rhossili for an afternoon adventure to discover the amazing hidden shore life of Worms Head Causeway.
