It can be used for picking the raw cotton directly from the cotton plants, without

The machine will pick cotton without the dry leaves. So it can produce high quality and save time to clean
the cotton. The quality cotton will get high prices on the market.
In the sunny days, the battery will get charged from Solar panel, within 3Hrs.The Battery can work more
than 6Hrs, once it is charged fully. It will charge the battery while in operation. The conventional
Electricity is not required for charging the battery. The MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking )
technology is using to charge the battery from Solar.
The circuit is programmed to protect the battery from over charging solar and Machine over load. The
System always displays the status of the battery. There shine the LED is 100%, 50% and 25% as Green,
yellow and Red respectively. When charging the Battery from Solar, the Blue LED will shine. The system
will protect the discharge of battery in deep, automatically. It will increase the battery life dramatically.
The Machine have so many outstanding features like protection for fingers. The cable, never catch the
branches of cotton plants. The Machine can control the motion to Reverse or Forward with the switch
placed in the Handle. In any reason, cotton is stopped in the mouth of the machine; it can reject by
pressing the switch to reverse.
The collection bag is placed on the rear side of the operator, so the
movement of the operator, it is easy. Cotton release pocket is placed in the
bottom of the collection bag, so that it can unload in a basket very easily.
The solar panel is connected to the battery. The battery and the collection
bag are mounted on the operator's belt. Cotton Collection bag is connected to the machine. The
machines have the weight just 620 grams. Operator can carry this machine for long time
This is a very cost-effective system; and it will reduce the labour participation up to 10 times. Fast and
