I do hereby give permission for (child’s name)
to participate in all Ab-Salute Twirling events and
activities. I do hereby release Ab-Salute Twirling
and its staff and volunteers from any and all liability in the event of any injury or illness during an
Ab-Salute Twirling activity or event. In the event of
injury, accident or illness, I release and discharge
Ab-Salute Twirling, its staff and volunteers from
any manner of action and actions, cause and
causes of action, suits, damages, claims or demands whatsoever arising out of or in connection
with the Ab-Salute Twirling events, including claim
for compensation thereof.

Miss College Majorette 2011, Petite Majorette of the Year,
extensive gymnastics background and Head Coach for
Premier Twirlers.
Lisa Kauffman—Coach for Ab-Salute Twirling as well as
Miss Majorette of the Year 2003, America’s Most Beautiful
Majorette 2003 and Senior Majorette Queen 2004. She is
also a former Touch of Blue Majorette with Penn State
University. She was also a member of numerous State,
Regional and National Championship teams.
Danielle Hartranft—Coach for Ab-Salute Twirling as
well as multiple time Miss Majorette of Pennsylvania and
State, Regional and National Champion both individually
and on teams.
Rachel Kleinhans—Miss Majorette of the Year 2008,
National Twirl off and Strut off participant, Runner up to
Senior Majorette Queen 2013, Elite status, love for rolls
and certified teacher.
