Detailed itineraries Welcome letter and updates For each tour, we publish a 10–12 page itinerary providing day-by-day descriptions of the tour program and other important information. This is published 9–12 months before departure. Bookings are only accepted once the detailed itinerary is published. Once we have received your booking we will send you a letter confirming all details of your booking and any special requests. We will keep you updated on special tour-related events and other matters as they arise. Booking on a tour Each person booking on a tour must complete and sign a booking form and send it to us together with a deposit of $500. Booking forms are attached to all detailed itineraries and can also be downloaded from our website. About a month before your tour begins we’ll send you a comprehensive package with your travel documents, tour notes and practical information. If you prefer you can arrange a meeting in our Sydney office to go through your documents in person with your travel consultant.
