When visiting the Rozell Plant allow ample time to find parking. See information below for
directions and parking options.


Free Parking:
o Side streets – Washington St. is usually the best option
o P-12 Parking Lot (closest non-permit lot) across Washington Street

Paid Parking:
o Meters are available on Washington Street
o URC Parking Garage (limited spaces available)

Building Entrance:
o The main entrance to the plant is off Cedar Street
o Work Order Admin – at the end of the short hall with the ‘One Team, One Future’
wall sign
o Construction & Planning Reception/Conference room– at the end of the short hall
with the ‘One Team, One Future’ wall sign turn left and proceed to the end of the
hall, last door on the right.
