Products for every application
K-Line covers the weighing range
from 15 kg to 3000 kg. Different
platform sizes and different construction types, such as bench
scales, stand scales, free-standing
or pit-mounted floor scales, offer
our customers the right solution for
their specific application.
The measuring cells of the K-Line
use the principle of electromagnetic
force compensation. The high-performance digital measuring cell in
monobloc technology offers a highresolution (HR) range of 15,000 to
32,000 calibration divisions. The
measuring cell also sets new standards for linearity and readability.
Combined with the torsionally rigid
load frame, K-Line weighing platforms have everything needed for
long-term weighing precision.
Through having a built-in calibration weight, the measuring cell
can be adjusted on-site anywhere
in the world. So global use and
relocation are no longer a problem.
And as well as HR, the cell can be
configured for multi-interval (MI) or
single-range (SR) at the workplace.

Stringent hygiene regulations in the
food- and meat-processing industries or chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing are met with
ease by K-Line weighing platforms.
Working in line with GMP?
The respective requirements are
fulfilled by the weighing platforms
of the K-line. They are certified
according to the EG-GMP guide
and the PIC-guideline 1/99.
Practically all models are available
in chrome-nickel steel, guaran
teeing maximum resistance to corrosion. The housing of the TBrick
measuring cell has IP66 / IP67
protection against penetration by
water and dust.
Numerous Terminals and
Accessories
A large selection of displays complements the wide product spectrum of the K-Line. Many operating
terminals are available for different
application areas:
Safe area: ICS4_9, ICS6_9,
IND560, IND780, IND890
Class I, Div 1: IND560x
Just connect them with the weighing platform and they are ready to
weigh. The operating terminals are
impressively versatile, offering:
• connection of up to 4 platforms*
• data interfaces available for CL,
RS232, RS485, Ethernet,
Profibus, and more.*
• optional software modules for
formula weighing, dispensing,
totaling, counting custom programmability, and more. *
• peripherals, such as printer,
external keyboard, barcode reader, and more. *
The K-Line also includes a full range
of accessories, such as bench
stands, scale stands, roller tracks,
approach ramps, and pit frames.
Working in Hazardous Area:
Div 1
The heart of the product line Kx-T4
is the TBrick-Ex measuring cell,
approved for hazardous areas of
categories 2GD, including FM IS;
Class I,II,III; Div1; Groups A-G; T4.
The appropriate, intrinsically safe
indicator IND560x connected with
APS768x power supply unit offers
you the perfect weighing system for
applications in Class I, Div 1.
