All stallholders must have Public Liability Insurance valid for the date of the event, and must provide a copy of their insurance certificate with their booking form. 2. Opening hours of the market are 11.00am - 4.00pm. Set up starts from 9.30am, but to enable swift access you will be pre-allocated a time slot depending on your stall location on site. 3. Each pitch is 3 x 3 metres 4. We are unable to supply any tables, chairs or stall structures. Stallholders must provide their own furniture and/or display equipment, and bring own gazebo weights where applicable. 5. Stall holders may only present for sale the items or goods as described on the Booking Form. 6. A.C.S.A reserve the right to remove any items for sale that have not been declared on the Booking Form, could be harmful or are deemed inappropriate for this event. Specific items that are not permitted for sale at this event are; stink bombs, bangers, fireworks, Joke toys / items which may be deemed offensive. If you are in doubt about the suitability of a specific item, A.C.S.A. will be happy to advise individual stall holders in advance of the event. 7. A.C.S.A. reserve the right to close a stall without refunding pitch fee, sponsorship, donated raffle prize, or offering compensation for costs incurred or loss of sales to the stallholder. 8. At the end of the event pitches must be left tidy, and any litter removed from the site. 9. Aston Clinton School is a No Smoking site. 10. No dogs are permitted on the site, with the exception of Guide Dogs. 11. If you are selling alcohol you must verify the customer’s age with ID.
