Summary terms and conditions
By completing this application form and returning it to Adelaide Oval, you agree to purchase the above
tickets/hospitality packages from Adelaide Oval when tickets officially go on sale on Monday, 20 April.
Please return this application form within 7 days of receipt to ensure your application is prioritised. Please
note that an application is not a guarantee of securing a package/s. Once the packages are secured, either
(a)an invoice will be forwarded to you along with confirmation of your booking, with payment due 7 days
after receipt of invoice, or (b) the credit card details you have entered on this application form will be used
to process the charges for the packages you have secured. All prices are inclusive of GST. Bookings are at
all times subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser. Tickets purchased will NOT be made
available until full payment is received by Adelaide Oval. Full terms & conditions are located on page 3 of
this application.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. AGENT
• Hospitality packages and tickets are sold by Adelaide Oval as
agent for the organisation (“seller”) responsible for the event.
All claims are the sole responsibility of the seller and to the
extent permitted by law, Adelaide Oval has no liability to you.
The following conditions are both of sale (including any resale
or subsequent assignment) and conditions of attendance at the
event.
2. The ticket holder agrees to comply with the terms and
conditions of the ticket including:
• Not to resell, offer for sale or transfer the ticket at a premium;
• Not to use the ticket for advertising, promotion or other
commercial purposes (including competitions and trade
promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or
services; and
• Not to bundle it with other goods or services,
• If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket
may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket
may be refused admission.
3. FEES
• A ‘per ticket’ or ‘per transaction’ fee may apply to sales,
depending upon the event for which you are purchasing tickets.
4. EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
• No refund or exchange on any hospitality packages and/or
ticket except as required by law and as otherwise specified by the
seller.
• If a refund is made, Adelaide Oval may, to the extent permitted
by law, retain any fee it has charged.
• Check the details of your hospitality package and/or tickets to
confirm event details such as date, time and location within the
venue.
4. VENUE/PROMOTER RIGHTS
• The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute
artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating
arrangements and audience capacity.
• The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the seller’s
and the venue’s terms of admission, copies of which are available
from Adelaide Oval on request. Late arrival may result in nonadmittance until a suitable break in the performance.
• Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted. The
right is reserved to broadcast or telecast any event.
• It may be a condition of entry to individual events that a search
of person and/or their possessions will be required at the time of
entry to the venue.
5. AUTHORISED HOSPITALITY PACKAGE AND/OR TICKET
SELLERS
• Entry may be refused if tickets are not purchased from Adelaide
Oval or other authorised points of sale.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFACED TICKETS
• Entry may be refused if hospitality package passes or tickets
are damaged or defaced in any way.
7. HOSPITALITY PACKAGE AND/OR TICKET DELIVERY
• You must provide an accurate email address in order for us to
provide you with online access to your tickets, and must then
print those tickets to gain access to Adelaide Oval. Adelaide
Oval reserves the right to change your delivery method to “Venue
Collect” in its discretion.
8. REPLACEMENT FEE
• The right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement of
hospitality package passes or tickets. Adelaide Oval reserves the
right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general
admission tickets).
9. UNAUTHORISED RESALE
• Hospitality package passes and/or tickets may not, without the
prior written consent of Adelaide Oval and/or the seller, be resold
or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction
sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial
purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or
to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by
the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a hospitality
package pass or ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition,
the hospitality package pass and/or ticket may be cancelled
without a refund and the bearer of the hospitality package pass
and/or ticket may be refused admission.
• Scalping warning: The resale of hospitality package passes and/
or tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales
legislation and may attract criminal penalties.
10. PRIVACY
• Adelaide Oval respects your privacy and is committed to
safeguarding the personal information which you provide to us.
• Adelaide Oval collects your personal information to process and
fulfil your hospitality package and/or ticket purchase, to contact
you if there is an event cancellation or change in other details
for an event, and for the replacement of lost hospitality package
passes and/or tickets. We also collect your personal information
so that we can tell you about upcoming events. Unless you tell
us otherwise by using the contact details below, Adelaide Oval
may disclose your contact details to promoters of events for
which you purchase hospitality packages and/or tickets. Adelaide
Oval discloses your personal information to such organisations
for operational purposes. If you do not wish to receive marketing
material from Adelaide Oval, please contact Adelaide Oval by one
of the following methods:
