Exclusive Hyperion Thoroughbred Miniature Horse Register
Requirements when applying to be accepted into the Hyperion Thoroughbred Miniature Horse Register
Any miniature horse can be put forward for this Register whether or not it is already registered in the Anglo European Miniature Horse
Society. The type is the same as those categorized as the Anglo Thoroughbred Miniature Horse or Arabian type. Those already on that
Register can also apply to have their horse included on this prestigious exclusive Register.
To apply (for this register only) you need to measure your horses bone just below the knee plus you must submit five photographs,
one from each side, one from behind with the tail to one side and legs square.
One form the front with the forelock to one side and legs square. Plus one picture of the horses mouth / teeth clearly showing clean,
straight and perfect bite.
Approximate Guideline bone measurements:
WEANLING (6-8 Months) approx 3 3/4 inches - FEMALE 4 years & over approx 4 1/2 inches - MALE 4 years & over approx 5 to 5 1/4 inches.
(These are guidelines only as ‘body type’ is also essential when correctly ‘typing’ a horse).
(If your horse does not meet the criteria and standard required it will still be registered in the AEMHS but its type would be
categorized as an Anglo Thoroughbred Miniature Horse type.
If your horse is already registered in the AEMHS and you wish to apply for it to be accepted onto the Hyperion TB Register a
fee is only payable if the horse is accepted.
Horses up to 34 inches and 34 to 38 inches are accepted.
Please note: Only a certain type of extreme TRUE ultra refined Thoroughbred type Miniature Horse will be accepted on to the Hyperion
TB Register. If you horse is not accepted this does NOT mean it is of less quality, it is just not the extreme type required.
