TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms: Invoices have a payment term of 14 days from the date of issue. All registration fees must be settled prior to the event.
Refunds and Cancellations: A full refund will be provided for all conference cancellation received in writing prior to close of business Friday 19 June 2015. A 50% refund will be provided for all conference cancellations received in
writing prior to close of business Friday 26 June 2015. No refunds will be granted for any cancellations received after close of business Friday 26 June 2015. Substitutes are allowed at any time.
Program Amendments: Although every effort will be made to keep presentations as represented, Associations Forum Pty Ltd reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program. For a full list of term and conditions,

All accommodation rates are listed in Australian dollars and are valid only if booked through Ozaccom+. Rates include GST and are quoted on a per room per night basis. Rates and all information are current at time of printing and are
subject to change without prior notification. Written confirmation will be advised by email - if no email address supplied, a confirmation letter will be forwarded by post. Accommodation Tax Invoices will be issued by your chosen hotel.
Bookings made within 30 days of your check-in date may be subject to further terms & conditions. Cancellations made within 7 business days prior to arrival will incur a penalty and it is at the hotel’s discretion as to the cancellation
