Boston Market Cinnamon Apples Ingredients:
-3 Apples
-2/3 cup Water
-1/2 tablespoon Flour
-1 teaspoon Cornstarch
-2 teaspoons Butter
-1/2 cup Brown sugar
-1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
-1 dash Salt
Boston Market Cinnamon Apples Recipe Instructions:
-Preheat the oven to 350F
-Peel and core the apples.
-Cut each one into 16 slices and arrange the slices in an 8"x 8" baking dish.
-In a small bowl, combine the water with the flour, cornstarch, and Butter Buds
and stir until the dry ingredients are dissolved and not lumpy.
-Add the brown sugar and cinnamon and stir until smooth.
-Pour the cinnamon mixture over the apple slices, cover the dish with foil, and
bake for 40 minutes.
-Stir the apples every 10 minutes.

Tarte Tatin Recipe
Boston Market Cinnamon Apples Tarte Tatin Ingredients:
-2 11.5-oz. packages Boston Market Cinnamon Apples
-2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
-1 box puff pastry sheets (found in the frozen pastry section, thaw and
refrigerate before using)
-Optional: sliced toasted almonds
Boston Market Cinnamon Apples Tarte Tatin Recipe Instructions
-Preheat oven to 375°F.
-Roll out the puff pastry dough so that it is 10 ½ inches in diameter.
-In a 10 ½ inch non-stick sauté pan on medium heat, melt butter & stir in
brown sugar.
-When sugar and butter are blended, pour in the apples, evenly distributing
them over the pan bottom.
-Place the puff pastry dough over the mound of apples, carefully tucking the
edges down into the pan.
-Place the entire pan into the oven.
When the dough is golden brown, (approximately 25 minutes), remove the
pan.
-Turn the tarte out onto a plate, placing the plate over the top of the sauté pan,
carefully flipping it.
-Top with chopped toasted almonds.

Boston Market Cornbread Recipe Ingredients:
-2 boxes Jiffy Mix cornbread mix
-1 box (18.25 oz size) yellow cake mix

-Mix both boxes according to directions.
-Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.

Boston Market Creamed Spinach
Boston Market Creamed Spinach Recipe Ingredients:
-5 tablespoons butter or margarine
-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 cup half and half cream
-4 oz. cream cheese
-2 tablespoons minced onion
-1 tablespoon minced garlic
-2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped spinach - thawed
-1/4 cup water
-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Boston Market Creamed Spinach Recipe Instructions
-In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt 3 tablespoons butter.
-Stir flour and salt into pan until creamed together.
-Slowly stir in cream.
-Stir in cream cheese.
-Increase heat to medium.
-Constantly whisk until mixture becomes thick and smooth
-Remove from heat and set aside.
-In a saucepan over medium-high heat, sauté onions and garlic in remaining
butter until transparent.
-Add spinach and water to pan and reduce heat to low and cover.
-Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes.
-Stir prepared sauce and Parmesan into pan and stir until completely blended.

Boston Market Dill Potato Wedges Recipe Ingredients:
-2 medium red potatoes - unpeeled
-butter or oil spray
-garlic salt
-dry dill weed
Boston Market Dill Potato Wedges Recipe Instructions
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
-Cut potatoes into lengthwise wedges and bake in oven for 45 minutes or until
tender.
-Spray the cut sides of the potatoes in cooking oil spray.
-Dust in garlic salt and dry dill weed and pan fry until lightly brown.

Cheese
Boston Market Macaroni and Cheese Recipe Ingredients:
-4 oz. processed American cheese cubed or Velveeta
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 dash black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
-1/4 cup butter or margarine
-1 tablespoon minced onion
-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
-2 cups milk
-1/4 lb. elbow macaroni cooked al dente (slightly chewy to the bite)
Boston Market Macaroni and Cheese Recipe Instructions
-Sauté onions in butter until transparent.
-Stir in flour and cook 2 minutes.
-Slowly stir in the milk.
-Stir in the cheese, salt, pepper, and mustard.
-Continue to cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened.
-Stir in prepared macaroni.
-Lightly butter a casserole dish and pour pasta mixture to dish.
-Bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 20 minutes

Boston Market Meatloaf Recipe Ingredients:
-1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
-1/3 cup all-purpose flour
-3/4 teaspoon salt
-1 cup tomato sauce
-1 1/2 tablespoon hickory barbecue sauce
-1 tablespoon granulated sugar
-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-dash garlic powder
-3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
-1 egg
Boston Market Meatloaf Recipe Instructions
-Stir together tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, and sugar; set aside 1/4 cup of
mixture.
-With your hands, mix in remaining ingredients.
-Form the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
-Bake, covered, in 400 degrees F oven for 30 minutes.
-Uncover and drain fat from the pan, then slice meatloaf while in the pan.
-Drizzle the reserved tomato mixture evenly over the meatloaf.
-Bake, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
(Temp of meat thermometer 160 F)

Boston Market Spicy Rice Recipe Ingredients:
-1/4 cup raw rice-shaped pasta
-3/4 cup minute rice
-1 tablespoon pimiento - chopped fine
-1/2 teaspoon dry minced celery leaf
-1 teaspoon dry minced parsley
-1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
-14 oz can chicken broth
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/2 teaspoon salt
Boston Market Spicy Rice Recipe Instructions
-In a 2-qt saucepan combine all ingredients.
-Stir often and bring to a boil.
-Cover and remove from heat.
-Let stand 15 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork every 5 minutes.
-Add salt and pepper to taste.

Boston Market Squash Casserole Recipe Ingredients:
-4 1/2 C. Zucchini (diced)
-4 1/2 C. Yellow Squash (diced)
-1 1/2 C. Yellow Onion (chopped)
-1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (prepare as directed on box)
-1 1/2 Stick of Butter
-1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper
-1/2 tsp. Thyme
-1 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
-8 oz. American Processed Cheese (diced, use a store brand not Velveeta)
-3 Cubes of Chicken Bouillon
-1 tsp. Garlic (minced)
-1 tsp. Salt
Boston Market Squash Casserole Recipe Instructions
-Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F.
-Prepare Jiffy Corn Mix as directed then place aside to cool.
-Put zucchini and yellow squash in a large sauce pan and add just enough of
water to cover.
-Cook on medium low heat just until tender then remove from heat.
-Drain squash and reserve one cup of water for casserole.
-On medium low temperature place all of the butter in large sauce pan and
saute the onions until the onions turn clear.
-Add salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley.
-Add chicken bouillon cubes and garlic to onions and stir.
-Add drained squash and diced cheese then stir.
-Crumble corn bread in squash and pour the reserved cup of water and mix
well.
-Spray 13" by 11" baking with non stick spray.
-Place squash mixture in the baking pan.
-Cover casserole and bake for 60 minutes.
-Remove cover the last 20 minutes of baking time. Back to table of contents

Boston Market Stuffing Recipe Ingredients:
-1 (14 oz.) can clear chicken broth
-1 (10 oz.) can sliced carrots - un drained
-1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms - un drained
-2 ribs celery cut in 5 pieces each
-1 tablespoon rubbed sage
-1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
-1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
-3 tablespoons bottled liquid margarine or melted butter
-3 English Muffins cut into 1/2 inch cubes
-1 (8 oz.) bag (6 cups) unseasoned croutons
-1 tablespoon dry minced parsley
-2 tablespoons dry minced onion
Boston Market Stuffing Recipe Instructions
-Open the can of carrots and slice them (while still in the can) with a pairing
knife.
-Empty sliced carrots into a Dutch oven.
-Add mushrooms and set aside.
-Pour chicken broth into a blender.
-Add celery pieces, sage, poultry seasoning, bouillon powder and margarine.
-Blend for a few seconds or until celery is finely minced.
-Add English muffin cubes, croutons, parsley and onion to Dutch oven.
-Pour in blender mixture and stir with rubber bowl scraper until completely
moist.
-Cover and bake at 350° about 45 minutes or until steaming hot.

Boston Market Sweet Potato Casserole
Boston Market Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe Ingredients:
-6 cups mashed sweet potatoes (5 to 6 potatoes-see step #1)
-3/4 cup dark brown sugar
-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-1/4 cup melted butter
-2 cups mini marshmallows
Oatmeal Streusel:
-1/2 cup rolled oats
-2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
-1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-4 tablespoons dark brown sugar
-4 tablespoons cold butter
Boston Market Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe Instructions
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
-Rub a little vegetable oil on the skin of each sweet potato and bake them for
60 to 70 minutes or until they are tender.
-When the potatoes are cool enough to handle, scrape out the insides and use
an electric mixer on high speed to beat the potatoes until they are mashed
and smooth.
-Place 6 cups of the mashed sweet potato into a large bowl.
-Add 3/4 cup brown sugar, heavy cream, melted butter, 1/4 teaspoon
cinnamon, and salt into the sweet potatoes and mix well with the beater.
-Pour this mixture into an 8×8-inch baking dish.
-Make the oatmeal streusel by grinding the rolled oats to a fine flour using a
food processor. A blender will also work.
-Combine the oat flour with 4 tablespoons brown sugar, all-purpose flour, and
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl.
-Cut the cold butter into the dry mixture using a pastry knife or a fork. You
should have a crumbly mixture with pea-size bits.

-Sprinkle this oatmeal streusel over the sweet potato mixture and put it into a
350 degree F. oven for 70 to 80 minutes or until the top begins to brown
slightly.
-When you remove the casserole from the oven immediately spread the
marshmallows over the top.
