Sir,
1.
The Director of Laboratories, Central Agmark Laboratory, North Ambazari Road,
Nagpur-440010, invites sealed quotations from the bonafied stockiest or suppliers for supply of
Stationery/consumable/Housekeeping items for the requirement of this office during the
Financial year 2015-2016. The sealed quotation may be sent in respect of each category duly
super-scribing on outer envelope “QUOTATION FOR STATIONERY /CONSUMABLE
/HOUSEKEEPING ITEMS FOR THE YEAR 2015-2016” through Registed /speed post or
drop it into the tender box lying in front of office. This office will not be responsible for any sort
of delay.
2.
The terms & condition of the above quotation/tender is enclosed at Annexure-A. The list
of items are enclosed at Annexure-B & Annexure-C. Bidders are requested to quote their rates
in the specified format.
3. Details of quotation/tender is as under:
Last date for receipt of quotation in the office :-30th April, 2015 upto 5.00pm.
Quotation will be opened on
:- 1st May, 2015 at 11.00 AM.
*[if the date up to which the quotation are open for acceptance is declared to be a holiday the
quotations shall be deemed to remain open for acceptance till the next working day.]
The quotation shall be opened as per schedule in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who may wish to be present at that time at CAL, Nagpur premises.
4. The Director of Laboratories, CAL, Nagpur reserved the right to accept or reject any or all
quotation without assigning any reasons thereof and his decision will be final and binding.
5. All the above documents are also available on this Directorate official website
www.agmarknet.nic.in & www.tenders.gov.in . The willing and bonafied bidders may download
the documents from the website and may submit their quotations at above specified office within
scheduled date and time.

ANNEXURE-A
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The quotations should be reached to this office latest by 05.00 PM on 30/4/2015 and will
be opened at 11.00 AM on 01/5/2015. Quotation received beyond the stipulated time and
date will not be entertained at any cost. The representative of the bidder may be present at
time of opening quotation.
2. The supplier should hold valid sales tax/VAT number, TIN number. Photocopy of its
registration should be submitted along with quotation.
3. Quotation should be submitted on letter head of the firm.
4. The rates should be quoted in INR in words as well as figures. Correction, if any, should
by duly attested by the bidder.
5. The supply shall have to be made in one installment within 7 day from the date of issue
of supply order. Supply of urgent items, as and when required to this office shall have to
be made within 48 hours of intimation.
6. The Rates should be quoted F.O.R. destination i.e. Central Agmark Laboratory, North
Ambazari Road, Nagpur-10. No delivery charges will be paid in extra.
7. Rates quoted in the quotation will remain valid upto 31st March, 2016 from the date of
finalization of the tender. However, the reduce rates should be applicable if the rates of
relevant items are so reduced in the open market.
8. The bill of such items whose rates have been decreased after the contract, will on reduce
rates. However, request for enhancement of rates for any items will not be allowed till
31/3/2016.
9. The stores will be inspected by a representative of CAL before and/or at the time of
delivery and unacceptable stores will be subject to removal/replacement at the risk, cost
and responsibility of the supplying firm.
