Filling
Sprayers AGS EN can be filled in 3 ways, trough:
• Tank filler hole;
• Coupling for external filling enables easy and fast
filing of all tanks, without need to climb the sprayer.
It is protected with anti-return valve, which prevents
liquid from the tank to spill and polut the environment.
• Filling is also possible with use of suction system
with additional filter, which is immersed into
the river or pond.
Front tank
Front tank with 700 l capacity works in combination with
carried sprayer tank and has possibility of easy maneuvering and reduces filling frequency. It is coupled to the front
hydraulic outlets and lifting system. By pumping water
from sources like rivers or lakes, tanks of the sprayer can
be filled and emptied with speed of up to 570 l/min. It also
provides additional system of main (rear) tank filling.
Induction bowl
Serves for efficient preparation and mixing of chemicals with water. With help of Venturi
principle the spraying agent is quickly induced into main tank. Advantages of induction
tank are especially obvious when using powder agents. It also ensures additional safety
when dealing with dangerous chemical agents. Cleaning of induction bowl is enabled by
rotating nozzle.
Canister rinsing
Inside the induction bowl or inside main tank strainer there is a rotation nozzle that enables cleaning of spray agent canisters.

Active agitation
It prevents sedimentation of powder substances. Agitation is assured by injection nozzle,
placed inside the main tank. Agitation works independently from spraying process.

Are made in conformity with following principles: functionality, durability, compact dimensions. Ends of booms
are equipped with protective witdraw-returm mechanism.
Vital mechanical parts and hydraulics are made from quality materials, all booms are protected with eco-friendly
anti-corosion technology.
Hydraulic booms MY H - 15, 16, 18 m
Equipped with pneumatic suspension of vertical shocks
and spring suspension in other directions. Remote hydraulic opening, lifting, block and leveling offer maximum comfort to the user. One-point mounting system ensures excellent terrain copying. When folded, automatic hydraulic
block is applied to prevent movement of the booms.

Mounting is of trapezes type and ensures terrain copying.

Mounting is of trapezes type and ensures terrain copying. As option user can decide for
hydraulic lifting and leveling of the boom. When folded, automatic block is applied to prevent damages to the booms.
Manual booms MRX - 10, 12, 15 m
Equipped with spring suspension system. Light but robust frame is mounted on trapezes,
which offers terrain copying. User can also decide for hydraulic lifting and leveling.
Rigid manual booms - 6, 8, 10, 12 m
Made for sprayers with tanks 200, 300 and 400 liters. Mounting to the sprayer is fixed. They
offer extremely light frame and best price to quality ratio.

Spraying
For spraying regulation one of the following types of regulators can be chosen:
• mechanic with constant pressure regulation,
• electric remote control and
• spray computer AG TRONIK, which can be connected with
GPS navigation
Spray computer AG TRONIK
Based on desired hectare consumption and with installed flow and speed
sensors it regulates the flow, needed for precision spraying. In case one of
the sections is closed, the flow is instantly adjusted by AG TRONIK. System
is very user friendly, operated via simple graphic interface. AG TRONIK also
offers work analysis and history saving. Information is stored on SD card and
can be easily transferred to personal computer.
GPS navigation
GPS navigation
Connected to AG TRONIK it enables automatic closing of main valve or independent section, when
we cross already treated surface. In comparison with classic marker it can be used also during the
night. GPS navigation makes spraying easier, more precise and faster. Has a possibility of history
saving and data analysis. Combination of AG TRONIK and GPS is especially useful for contractors.
Marker
Classic foam markers are used to signal previously treated surfaces to the user, by leaving foam
trail. It can be regulated regarding foam boll size (10-20 cm) and distribution frequency (5-20 s).

Inside the main tank rotating nozzles are installed for cleaning of inner walls.
Complete cleaning of vital parts
Using the water from additional tank user can thoroughly clean inner parts
of regulator, pump, hoses and nozzles. Rotating nozzles also clean the inside of the main tank.
Partial cleaning of vital parts
Using the water from additional tank user can thoroughly clean inner parts
of regulator, pump, hoses and nozzles, while the main tank is still filled with
spraying agent. The content of main tank stays intact and can be used later. It is used to prevent blockages and corrosion of vital parts and extends
lifespan of the system.
Mounted sprayers
AGS 200-400 EN
Sprayers AGS EN with tank capacity of 200, 300 and 400 liters are made for
treatment of smaller agricultural surfaces, parks, golf and football courses,
etc. They are supplied with rigid type booms of 6, 8, 10 or 12 m and have
possibility of height adjustment. They are equipped with reliable Agromehanika BM pumps of 65 l/min or 105 l/min, with 3 year warranty and mechanical pressure regulators Agromehanika. They offer advantages of AGS
EN series also to smaller users.

Frame
Robust frame is made with latest knowledge of design and
manufacturing. Dust painting technology provides good
anti-corrosion protection of steel parts.
Tanks
All tanks are made from quality polyethylene. Main tank
sizes are 200, 300, 400, 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 liters. Bottom of the tank is designed to provide complete emptying. Two supplementary tanks are mounted for system
and hands washing.

Pump
Low pressure, piston-membrane type Agromehanika BM pumps can be supplied in 65,
105 or 150 l/min flow version. They are recognized for their reliability and quality manufacturing, what is assured by 3 year warranty.
Pressure regulator
Users can choose between hand regulator with constant pressure regulation on sections
or electronically controlled flow regulator with possibility of spray computer. All regulators
have self-cleaning pressure filter installed.

It is positioned close to the induction bowl on the left side of the machine. All controls the
