Mix ingredient A. 2. Use 36cm wok at Fast Cook 20 and fry ingredient A until golden brown in colour. 3. Saute ingredient B, add on ingredient C cook it until thicken then put on the chicken wing and cook well. Ganxiang Vermicelli Ingredient A 1 garlic (chopped), 1 onion (chopped), 20 curry leaves, 6 chilies padi (chopped), 2 lemongrass (shredded), 2 tbsps curry powder Ingredient B 1 packet vermicelli (soak into water) Ingredient C 1 cabbage (shredded), 1 carrot (shredded) Seasoning: 3 tbsps oyster oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 300ml water Method: 1. Use 24cm pot at Fast Cook 20 for saute ingredient A. 2. Then add on ingredient C cook well. Put on ingredient A and cover up for 4 minutes.
