G-Pack II
Mongolian Chicken
Ingredient A
5 chicken wing (cut into pieces), 2 tbsps self raising flour, 2 tbsps rice flour, 1 egg
Ingredient B
20 pieces curry leaves, 4 chilies padi (cut into dice), ½ onion (chopped), 4 pips garlic (chopped), 1 tbsp chili paste, 1 tbsp sugar,
100ml evaporated milk
Ingredient C
some pepper, some black pepper
Method:
1. Mix ingredient A.
2. Use 36cm wok at Fast Cook 20 and fry ingredient A until golden brown in colour.
3. Saute ingredient B, add on ingredient C cook it until thicken then put on the chicken wing and cook well.
Ganxiang Vermicelli
Ingredient A
1 garlic (chopped), 1 onion (chopped), 20 curry leaves, 6 chilies padi (chopped), 2 lemongrass (shredded), 2 tbsps curry powder
Ingredient B
1 packet vermicelli (soak into water)
Ingredient C
1 cabbage (shredded), 1 carrot (shredded)
Seasoning:
3 tbsps oyster oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar,
300ml water
Method:
1. Use 24cm pot at Fast Cook 20 for saute ingredient A.
2. Then add on ingredient C cook well. Put on ingredient A and cover up for 4 minutes.

3. Ice Cream Happiness :
1 mango, 100g coconut meat, 3 tbsps sugar, 3 tbsps coffee mate, 3 tbsps milk powder, ice cube (full)
4. Apple Spicy Sauce :
1 red apple, 10 shallots, 10 pips garlic, 2 inch ginger (peeled), 4 de-seed sour plum, 2 tbsps sugar
10 red chilies, 15 limes (juiced)
