SAIPA DIESEL COMPANY Established in 1963, Saipa Diesel Company,launched its production by manufacturing heavy-duty Mack trucks and various types of semi-trailers.Ceasing the production of Mack trucks in 1979 subsequent to the break-up of political ties with the U.S. government, the former “Iran Kaveh” concluded an agreement with the renowned Volvo Co. of Sweden in 1983 for mass-production of Volvo heavy-duty trucks.
