A Message From the General Manager
Late Winter and now, Spring have been
very busy times for First Capital
Enterprises.
FCE staff have been
scurrying about while implementing
plans on a good number of “projects”.
In February, the Habilitation Day
Program commenced its new program
and held an Open House in April. The
area has fresh paint and fresh ideas and
activities for those choosing nonvocational programs or paid work.
FCE’s new transportation program and
service began operations on April 1st.
Now FCE consumers have another
choice for their travel and
transportation needs.
Shorter ride
times and smaller vehicles are the
features we are incorporating in our
service.
On May 18th, FCE will showcase our
Secure Document Destruction service
to members of the Chillicothe Chamber
of Commerce at their “Business-AfterBusiness” affair.
This event is in
addition to business expositions that we
participated in that were held in Pike
and Highland Counties in April.
Lastly, we will be making final plans in
May and June for a new after hours and
weekend programs that are to
commence later this year. We are
indeed very busy!
