Notice for Disposal of Unserviceable Store
Sealed auction bids are invited on behalf of President of Indio for disposal of unserviceable
materials available at Doordarshan Bhawan, DDB Tower-'A', Copernicus Marg, New Delhi on 'As is
where is' basis. Sealed auction bids will be received in the office of the Executive Engineer (E) Project, CCW, AIR, A-2 Block, 1st. Floor, Pocket-B, Radio Colony, Kingsway Camp, Delhi up to
15:00 Hours on 08.04.2015. The sealed auction bids shall be opened at 15: 30 Hours on the

Terms & Conditions of auction are as under:1. Blank auction bids shell be issued by EE[E]-P, CCW, AIR, Kingsway Camp, Delhi up to 2.00 PM
on 08.04.2015 and may be downloaded from website: www.allindiaradio.com.
2. The detailed list of materials is displayed on the notice board of the Executive Engineer (E)Project, CCW, AIR, A-2 Block, 1st. Floor, Pocket-B, Radio Colony, Kingsway Camp, Delhi and
notice board of AE [E]-Maintenance, CCW, AIR, DDB Tower-'B', Mandi House,New Delhi and
materials can be inspected at Doordarshan Bhawan Complex, DDB Tower-'A', Copernicus
Marg, Mandi House, New Delhi between 11: 00 Hours to 15 : 00 Hours on all working days
and up to one day prior to submissionof bids.
3. Auction bids, duly completed, will be submitted in two sealed envelopes. One for price bid and
second for EMD. Envelops should bear the nome of bidder & subscribed as 'EMD' & 'Price Bid'.
EMD may be submitted in the form of demand draft drown in favour of 'Executive Engineer [E]P, PBBCI,CCW, AIR, Delhi' or by cosh which should be deposited with the cashier of this office
up to 12 : 00 Hours on the lost dote of submissionof bids. Cheque, in any case, shell not be
accepted.
4. Auction bids, received without EMD through Demond Draft or Cosh, sholl not be entertained.
5. EMD will be adjusted in final amount of successfulbidder.
6. Highest bidder have to deposit the balance amount of the bid within 3 [three] working days
after issueof acceptance letter of bid foiling which EMD will be forfeited and bidder will be
debarred to toke port in re-auction.
7. The auctioned materials must be removed by the bidder within 5 [Five] working days from the
dote of acceptance of bid.

As soon as the full amount of bid money is deposited by the prospective buyer; he would
acquire his lien on the auctioned store and it will be his duty/responsibility
to check any
damage, pilferage, fire or any other unforeseen calamity. No claim, whatsoever, on this
account shall be entertained.
