Rental Application Packet
Thank You for your interest in our property. Please take the time to carefully read through all the pages of this
rental packet and correctly fill in all designated areas. The packet consists of (5) pages plus the cover sheet and
is broken down as follows:
Page 1. The Rental Application .To be filled out entirely, please do not leave ANY part blank, if a section does
not apply to you, please mark it “N/A”
Page 2. The Authorization for Credit Report. All Applicants must have their credit checked in order for
consideration in any of our properties. Failure to correctly fill in the page entirely and sign the bottom will result
in denial of the application.
Page 3. The Landlord Reference. The top half of the page is to be filled out by you and the bottom by your
current landlord.
Page 4. The Rules & Guidelines. This page is to be read thoroughly and signed by you as acceptance of the
rules set forth.
Page 5. Agency Agreement. This page is to be read thoroughly and signed by you as acceptance to pay for the
Realtor
In addition to this packet being filled out entirely the following items are needed in order for the application to
be processed.
⦁ Valid picture I.D for all applicants.
⦁ Copies of pay stubs or letter of employment verifying income for applicants signed by employer(s)
⦁ Copies of social security.
⦁ A $30.00 Non-Refundable application fee per person, which covers the cost of the credit and background
checks. To be paid by cash or money order, made payable to All Westchester Realty Inc.
****Upon receipt of ALL necessary items, the application will take 2-5 days to be processed. Initial
Approval will be based on the landlord reference, background check, credit check and income. Upon
approval, a security deposit in the form of cash or money order is required in order to hold to the
apartment. Once a deposit is received, management will no longer show the apartment to prospective
applicants. Therefore, this deposit is Non-Refundable. Should an applicant choose not to take an
apartment after paying the security deposit, they automatically surrender monies paid****

Rules and Guidelines
1. NO LOITERING IN THE HALL WAY, OR IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING.
2. NO BALL PLAYING ANYWHERE NEAR THE BUILDING.
3. NO PLAYING ON THE WALKWAY OR THE STAIRS.
4. ALL THE TENANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR GUEST.
5. ALL THE GARBAGE IS TO BE PALACED IN THE PROPER AREA.
6. NO LOUD MUSIC, ESPECIALLY AFTER 10:00PM.
7. RENT IS DUE ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH.
8. NO WASHING OR DRYING MACHINES ARE PERMITTED IN THE APARTMENT.
9. NO ANIMALS ARE PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING.
10. THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS STRICTLY FOR THE TENENTS ONLY,
