Luciana Justin - X B Past Forward Got admission into Al-Majd International School into grade 4 in the year 1998, after graduating from here in 2006; I choose Engineering for my higher studies. I went to United Kingdom to pursue Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Brunel University, and graduated from there in 2010 with a First class honors degree. At present, I am in Canada at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, pursuing Masters of Applied Sciences in Electrical and Computer Engineering. It is a research based degree, and my focusing is into Power Electronics area which is an emerging field in electrical engineering. I am hoping to graduate this year in July. I believe my schooling at Al-Majd International School raised my standards, opening my mind to the world full of opportunities and possibilities. Teachers and staff at Al-Majd not only encouraged me to work hard and follow my dreams, but they also guided me throughout this important phase of my life. I am grateful to my parents for choosing Al-Majd International School and putting their trust in all the teachers and staff members. This is one of my favorite inspirational quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson, it is inline with how I think and believe; “Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead to where there is no path and leave a trail.” Saadia Guahar Test Skills Get ready, Find out what kind of test you’re getting (multiple choice, essay-type) Avoid cramming Set up a study schedule to review everything well before the test; use our planner to keep track.
