Roxanne E. Martinez

Roxanne is Senior Vice President, Talent and Enterprise Services and Chief Talent Officer –
Personal Insurance. Prior to this role she was Senior Vice President, Commercial Insurance, and
Manager, Human Resources, Learning Services and Administrative Services (HRLAS). She joined
Liberty Mutual in 2005 and has held multiple positions in the organization.
Prior to joining Liberty Mutual Insurance, Roxanne was a human resources management
consultant and was responsible for developing the HR infrastructure for global organizations
including Serono, State Street Corporation, and Allaire/Macromedia, through process,
technology, and talent initiatives. Before concentrating on HR as an area of expertise, Roxanne
was a management consultant with American Management Systems (AMS), an international
technology and management consultancy. While employed by AMS, Roxanne worked on
business solutions for companies including, but not limited to, Aventis (formerly Rhone-Poulenc
Rorer), JP Morgan Chase, and Pacific Bell.
Roxanne received a B.A. in Politics from Brandeis University and a J.D. from the University of
Denver College of Law.
