Airstrip:
The nearest airstrip is Ndutu when camp is set up in Ndutu NCA approximately 10 mins drive and at Lobo Airstrip when in Bologonja which is approx. 1 hour drive. Transfer is Free of charge.
Transfer from Kogatende Airstrip can be arranged at extra cost of US$ 200 per vehicle per transfer.

The nearest airstrip is Manyara Airstrip which is approximately 1 hour; Transfer charges US$ 100 per vehicle per transfer.
Children Policies:
Children under 3 who are sharing with parents are free.
Children 3 to 12 years sharing with two adults: 50% of adult rate
Children 3 to 12 years sharing own tent: 80% of adult rate
PLEASE NOTE THAT SHOULD THE GOVERNMENT OF TANZANIA DECIDE TO APPLY 18% VAT TO A WIDER RANGE OF PRODUCT THAN WAS PREVIOUS THE CASE (CAMPING FEES/CONCESSION FEES/ GAME
PACKAGE RATE/ACTIVITIES/FLIGHTS E.T.C.) WE WILL BE FORCED TO ADJUST OUR RATES ACCORDINGLY.
Game package Includes:
Full board accommodation, All Inclusive Package, 2 scheduled games drives per day, return
airstrip transfers from the nearest airstrip, tea and coffee, drinking bottled water during meals.
Game package excludes: Park fees (US$ 50 pp for 24 hrs subject to change when set up in NCA
& US$ 60 pp for 24 hrs subject to change when set up in SNP), Camping fees US$ 50 per person
per night, flying doctors/medical evacuation insurance, flights, taxes, tips, Tourism Development

Room Configuration
Each room is equipped to have 1 king size bed or 2 x ¾ beds in a twin room. There is a possibility of adding an extra bed to make triple room. Standard rates apply.
Full board includes:
Full board accommodation, tea and coffee and drinking bottled water during meals.
Full board excludes: Park fees (US$ 50 pp for 24 hrs subject to change when set up in NCA & US$
60 pp for 24 hrs subject to change when set up in SNP), Camping fees US$ 50 per person per night,
alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, champagne, hand laundry, flying doctors/medical

Activities:
Nature walking with experienced Ang’ata camps guides and an armed ranger. For nature walking clients must arrive before 15h00 in order to get enough time as walking take approx 1.5 to 2 hours
at US$ 25 pp, (Applicable in Ang’ata Ngorongoro Camp & Ang’ata Migration Camp only),
Bush lunch ( Min 10 pax) US$ 50 pp), Romantic Dinner US$ 35 pp; Sundowner US$ 35 pp.(Applicable in all our properties)
Traditional Maasai Wedding US$ 3,000 per couple (Applicable in Ang’ata Ngorongoro Camp only)
Private Guide/Tour Leader/Driver guides rates:
Independent Private guides/Tour leader tents available at US$ 150 net per day with upgrade to clients room subject to availability incl. (Full board accommodation, camping fees, tea and coffee)
Driver guides Tshs. 7,000 for staff food and accommodation
Driver guides may on guest request join their guests for meals subject to space permitting (Incl. meals and drinking bottled water).
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are refundable up to 45 days before arrival only.
From 45 to 30 days notice: 25%
From 29 days to 8 days notice: 50%
From 7 days to no-show: 100%
