He is an architect by profession and has over 28 years of experience working on many significant landmark projects including Gardens by the Bay, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, and several international projects. Mr Khew holds a Master of Science (Building Science), Bachelor of Architecture (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Architectural Studies) from the National University of Singapore (NUS). Mr Chew Men Leong (赵文良) Chief Executive Land Transport Authority Mr Chew Men Leong is the Chief Executive of the Land Transport Authority. Mr Chew was Chief Executive of the PUB between December 2011 and September 2014 after serving 25 years in the Singapore Armed Forces, where he was Chief of Navy from August 2007 to March 2011. Mr Chew has a Master of Science (Management) from Stanford University and First Class Honours in Engineering from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine. 3 4 Prof Yeoh Saw Ai, Brenda (杨淑爱) Dean, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences National University of Singapore Prof Brenda S.A. Yeoh is Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, National University of Singapore. She teaches social and historical geography at the Department of Geography, and leads the research cluster on Asian Migrations at the Asia Research Institute. She is also Principal Investigator of the Asian MetaCentre for Population and Sustainable Development Analysis at the Asia Research Institute. Prof Yeoh read geography at Cambridge and went on to complete her doctorate at Oxford University. She also holds a Diploma-in-Education from the Institute of Education, Singapore. Dr Cheong Wei Yang (张伟洋) Director (Planning) Ministry of Education Dr Cheong Wei Yang is Director (Planning) of the Ministry of Education. He previously held the appointments of Deputy Director, Industry Division of the Ministry of Trade & Industry, and Head, Fiscal Strategy Unit of the Ministry of Finance. Dr Cheong was awarded the Rhodes Scholarship in 1999 and obtained his PhD in Economics from Oxford University. 4
