The Director for Disaster Management and Ex.officio Deputy Secretary to Government
& Project Director, NCRMP, Revenue (DM) Department, A.P.Secretariat ,Hyderabad vide
reference cited has furnished the minutes of the meeting held on 09-4-2015 on handing over of
MPCS buildings to Village Organisations (VOs)of SHGS.
Further, it is informed that the CEO, APMAS, Hyderabad has suggested to send a list
of MPCS buildings to School Education Authorities, as they are keen to locate schools in some
areas and can use MPCS buildings for school purposes. Director, Disaster Management agreed
to the proposal but informed that Disaster Management Department is not authorised to
handover the buildings directly to Departments viz., School Education Department etc.. He
further informed that, if community or local VO is unanimously interested to allot the
buildings to school purpose they can do so with a special resolution.
The following 12 Residential Schools and 02 Junior Colleges are located in rented
buildings.

Therefore, the concerned Regional Deputy Secretaries / AGOs and Principals of above
institutions are hereby instructed to identify suitable MPCS building and send a report to the
Society for issuing necessary orders to shift the school from existing rented building.
Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
This is treated as “ Most Urgent“
