Java House Café repeated for Best
Specialty Coffee.
Lyon Grill is a three-time winner, for
Best Burgers, Best Steak and Best
Wine Selection/Restaurant. Lake Street
Tavern was chosen for Best Soup, while
Lucas Coney Island is a double-winner,
for Best Family Restaurant and Best
Salad.
Aleko’s was also a local favorite, as
well, voted for Best Barbecue Ribs and
Best Caterer.
Readers say you can find the best
wait staff at the South Lyon Hotel, naming Ryan Marvin as Best Waiter for the
second year in a row.

To this day, the city of Northville retains a small-town atmosphere with stately Victorian-era
architecture in its historic district

specialty shops, galleries, theaters,
restaurants, businesses and preserved landmarks.
And then there is Northville
Township. While there are still signs
of its rural heritage, the township is
one of the fastest growing communities in the state, with subdivisions
filled with stately homes and manicured landscapes. Put them together, add in the popular Northville
Public Schools district, and you
