Staff Member, General Service Office (GSO) The purpose of the Area 13 WAGSA Mini-­‐Conference is to provide the opportunity for all Area 13 General Service Representatives (GSRs), Alternate GSRs, District Committee Members (DCMs), Alternate DCMs, Area Officers, Committee Chairs and Members, and all A.A. members interested in service to discuss General Service Conference (GSC) agenda items, and related issues and concerns affecting A.A. as a whole. This provides the Area Delegate to the yearly Conference with the views of an informed Area group conscience, and also provides every group in Area 13 the opportunity to fulfill its responsibility to the future of A.A. by exercising its Right of Participation.
