Costs
Tuition for the Arise Worship Internship totals $2900. This includes all teaching, curriculum, personal music
instruction, housing, utilities, and internet connection. You are responsible for meals, travel, and extra spending
money. Plan wisely for your spending.
Also, while $2900 is an extremely great value for what you will receive during the summer, we understand that this cost
may stretch you. We encourage you to get creative in how you raise your tuition and living expenses; e.g. fundraisers,
pledged support, extra jobs, etc. We have seen God work financially time after time for others, and He will do the same
for you. DO NOT LET MONEY KEEP YOU FROM COMING!!!

Additional Notes

-You must be at least 18 years of age, or a high school graduate, by May 30 , 2015, to attend the Arise Worship
Internship.
-Pastoral Recommendation Form must be filled out by your Senior Pastor or Worship Leader.
-All checks, payments, deposits, etc. made to Arise Worship Internship by you, or anyone else for your credit, are nonrefundable.

Rules and Code of Conduct
You will notice that we do not have many rules to govern your behavior. This approach flows from the confidence that
you can handle freedom and responsibility. However, there are a few basic rules for this program that ensure you will
have the opportunity to get the most out of your time here, and that all students’ integrity, time, and belongings are
respected. If at any time you show yourself not able to handle the freedom we give you, then we will apply restrictions
on you as deemed necessary.

Keep God first.
Live a life according to the Bible. If you have a personal conviction about something, don’t do it; but do not
push those convictions on anybody else.
3. Be on time to everything. If you are more than 5 minutes late to sessions, you forfeit your privilege of learning.
4. During times of scheduled activity, there will be no use of cell phones or other devices. You can keep devices
with you, but if they become a distraction to you or others then steps will be taken to correct this problem.
5. Midnight is shut down time…even on weekends. You must be in your unit. Visitors must be gone. No noise;
you don’t have to go to sleep, but respect those that do.
6. Visitors are not allowed to spend the night in your unit unless first approved by Arise Staff.
7. No members of the opposite sex in bedrooms.
8. Excessive displays of affection with anyone of the opposite sex will not be tolerated.
9. Keep in mind that you constantly represent Jesus Christ, Arise, and yourself everywhere you go. Everything
you do in action, word, or anything else reflects on all of these. Furthermore, you will be held liable if you
damage any property.
10. Dress appropriately. You know what’s ok. If you happen to be mistaken, we will tell you 

I understand that I am responsible to abide by the rules set forth by Arise Worship Internship, its leaders, its
supervisory personnel, and guest instructors. Any serious infractions of rules and/or conduct by me can result in
dismissal from the program. In the event that I am dismissed from the program, I, the undersigned agree to assume the
cost of returning home. I also agree to forfeit any possible refund. I understand that such action would only be taken
under extreme circumstances or after being given a verbal and/or written warning.
