RULES AND REGULATIONS
1.
No entry will be accepted unless accompanied by the appropriate fee.
Cheques should be made payable to Armagh Show. You can also make your entries

2.
Each entry exhibited must be the bona-fide work of the person in whose name
it is to be exhibited.
3.
Work entered in a class other than the distinct class to which such work
belongs will be disqualified. Entry may be transferred into proper class on
application to the Secretary. The numbers supplied by the Secretary must be
securely attached to the exhibits. Every care will be taken, but the Committee
will not be responsible for mistakes.
4.
Reasonable care will be taken of all articles exhibited, but the Committee will
not be accountable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to any exhibit
before, during, or after the Show.
5.
All persons entering the Exhibition Marquees are subject to the direction of the
Stewards and the Secretary.
6.
The decision of the judges as to the merits of exhibits shall in all cases be final.
7.
ENTRIES IN THESE SECTIONS CLOSE ON WEDNESDAY 27th MAY 2015
8.
Exhibitors are responsible for placing their exhibits in the appropriate section of
the exhibition tent.
9.
Exhibits in School, Garden and Adult Sections to be left in the Home
Industries tent at the show grounds between 2pm and 5.15pm Thursday,
12th June. as judging will take place on Friday 13th.
10.
No Second Prize will be awarded in any class unless there are at least four
entries. In a class where there are six or more entries a Third Prize will be
awarded. In a class, where, in the opinion of the judge, the exhibits are not of
a sufficiently high standard of attainment no prizes will be awarded. Any prize
may, at the discretion of the Judges, be withheld or modified. The decision of
the judges as to the merits of exhibits shall in all cases be final.
11.
No exhibit may be removed from Show until 4.00 p.m. on evening of Show, and
then only with the permission of steward in charge. All exhibits not removed
from Show Grounds by 5.30 p.m. will become the property of the Show
Committee.
