Universal Wireless BYOD: Built-in universal wireless media receiver for BYODs that support Apple Airplay and
Wifi Miracast wireless screen mirroring.

Enable wireless screen mirroring one at a time from wireless connected iPad, iPhone, iPod devices which
support Apple AirPlay. Connect Android tablets and smartphones, Samsung Galaxy smartphones and
tablets and Windows 8.1 laptops and tablets seamlessly using WiFi Miracast.

Transmit wireless Audio and Video sync and play back.

Wireless BYOD

Wired BYOD
Integrated Display Port, HDMI and VGA + VGA audio input. Physical connection ports with auto-switching
on digital inputs. VGA is scaled to HDMI with audio embedded. HD out supports 1080p 60Hz on all source
channels - wired or wireless. EDID pass through on wired sources.

Manual Source Select
Select the input source from a choice of wired VGA, Display Port or HDMI connected
devices or select the wireless BYOD source input using this button cycle. Auto cycles to only
connected devices, skipping non-connected sources. Default connection is set to wireless
video source.

Video Source LED indicator
LED indicator highlights the connected video source that is being output to the large screen
display. By default wireless video LED will be on if no wired inputs are connected.

Wireless Video LED indicator
When this indicator LED is on a splash screen is visible on the large screen display which
provides a “how-to-connect-wireless-video” tutorial for Apple, Samsung, Android and
Windows devices

IR Receiver
Use the IR handheld remote control to switch sources. Needs line of sight.

Wireless Reset Button
Pressing this button will power re-cycle the in-built tiny wireless video processor and bring it
out of sleep or hang state. Use only if wireless system becomes unresponsive.

HDMI OUT
Connect a single large screen HD display to this port using a high quality HDMI cable or
approved HD-Base-T HDMI extenders.

RS-232 Control
Control the AV switcher using third party control systems through RS-232 commands. Select
the desired video source remotely without using the button panel or IR remote. Refer to
manual for RS232 command sets.

DC Input
Connect the factory provided 5V - 8Amp DC power adapter to this screw on terminal.

DC Output Port
Provides external DC power upto 5V 2.4 Amp max. to any third party device fixed under the
table such as HD-Base-T sender or other such devices that need 5V DC power to operate.
Reduces the need for additional power adapters.

VGA Audio Input
Connect standard stereo audio male jack to this port to enable VGA audio source to be
captured and embedded with the VGA video signal. Output is converted to HDMI signal..

Connect standard 15 Pin HD legacy VGA cable to this port to enable VGA video source to be
captured and converted to HDMI signal as a user selected output to display. Pull out cable
of extendable length is provided by installer on site. Cable not included.

Display Port Video Input
Connect standard 20 Pin Display Port cable to this port to enable DP video source to be
converted to HDMI signal as a user selected output to display. Pull out cable of extendable

HDMI Video Input
Connect standard 19 Pin HDMI cable to this port to enable HDMI video source to be
user selected as an output to display. Pull out cable of extendable length is selected and
provided by installer on site. Cable not included.
HDMI AUX IN Port
Add one additional HDMI video source as a user selectable or auto-switched default source
to connected display. Can be used for both internal and external inputs. By default this is
connected to Arrive’s HDMI Jumper Box which routes the wireless video to a user selectable
HDMI input source.
Wireless HDMI OUT
This is a unique port that provides an HDMI output from the internal wireless BYOD video
processor. Two connectivity scenarios exist based on single or dual screen design approach.
By default this is connected to Arrive’s HDMI Jumper Box which routes the wireless video to
a user selectable HDMI input source. To connect wireless video output separately to another
switcher or display - directly connect this port to the external switcher or display to route
wireless video to other external devices.
