ART FAIR TOKYO 2015 Closing Report 1.1
ART FAIR TOKYO 2015 closed on March 22nd. Visitor numbers for each day were greater than previous years’, achieving a total of almost 55,000. Exhibitors across many different fields also reported healthy sales figures. On the first day, art fair directors from all over Asia gathered together in Tokyo to discuss the state of art fairs in the region. This was just one of the many events in the satellite program held during the milestone 2015 fair, which was marking ART FAIR TOKYO’s tenth year. We would like to offer our thanks to all exhibitors and visitors for helping us reach this significant point in our history as Japan’s largest art fair. We look forward to welcoming visitors to next year’s fair, which is planned for mid-‐May 2016.
