Founded in 1983, Peconic Land Trust works with landowners, municipalities, and communities to conserve Long Island's working farms, natural lands, and heritage. The beloved food truck’s brick and mortar Crown Heights spot may be new to the scene, but it’s already an institution, hitting Eater’s Brooklyn Heatmap this winter.
