Program Prerequisites The Advanced Leadership progam has been developed for an elite cohort of female school leaders. Accordingly, participants are expected to hold a senior leadership role (Principal, Vice Principal, Assistant Principal or equivalent). Graduates of advanced post graduate course may also apply. Program Fees Through the National Excellence in School Leadership Initiative, a subsidy of $4,000 will apply to a minimum of 15% of program applicants. This subsidy leaves a balance of $3,500 per participant. Standard program fees: $7,500 Funding amount: $4,000 Fees payable: $3,500 The program has been developed to reflect the complex needs and challenges of today’s female school leaders by offering both skills development and emotional enrichment. The structure and content of the program has been guided by leading universities and builds on expansive interactions with school leaders across all school sectors.The program is built around the guiding principles of empowerment, growth and collaboration ensuring that participants connect deeply with one another and the learning to put in place the foundations for long term behavioural change.
