Customers who bought a bike which may be affected. If a customer's bike is affected, provide them with a coupon for use on Bontrager accessories. Send your Customer Service Representative details on affected bikes which require a skewer replacement, and coupon redemption statistics for reimbursement - no manual warranty claims required. In the Transaction Comments field, enter the serial number and (optional) Trek part number for the affected bike.
