INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BLIND BIDDING SYSTEM

Peruse the items on offer – remember to check the conditions of items
prior to bidding

Bids are placed by completing the BLIND BID Sheets available on the
day of the Fair and placing it in the correct container (these are labeled
with the item number and description)

Make sure you place your highest bid on the item you are interested in,
as bids from other interested parties will not be on show

The item will be awarded to the bidder that offers the highest price

Where the same bid amount is offered for an item – the winner will be
drawn out of a hat by a Grand Fair official

Bidding closes at 2:00pm

Winners will be telephoned from 2.30pm onwards

Winners must pay and collect goods from 3:00 – 4:00pm

Items not collected by 4:00pm will be offered to the next descending
highest bidder


Cash, EFTPOS for Cheque, Savings, VISA or MASTERCARD
