A Sporting Chance will be holding the “Kueker Cup” “Pursuit of Trivia” night fund raising
event on Saturday, April 25, 2015. This event is held in honor & memory of Carol Kueker (Board
member for A Sporting Chance). The event will be held at the Executive Conference located at
910 W. Battlefield Road in Springfield, Mo. The event will be held from 6:30 – Finish. This is a
great facility and we are really in need of your support for this event.
The event will have 4 rounds of 10 questions per round, and a Major Bonus Round (worth 25
points) and special tie breaking questions. One Round will be a Music Round where we play
10 seconds worth of the song and you have to give the name of the song. Some questions
have 1 answer and some of the harder questions will be multiple choice. It will be fun, exciting
and guaranteed to tax your brain. A Sporting Chance will be providing Hors D’ Oeuvres, Coffee &
Tee and the event is BYOB.
There are several ways to become involved
1) This is a team competition. However, you may enter as an Individual. The fee is $20 per
person. You can enter as an individual and we will put you on a (make up team) with
others who paid the individual fee. Each team must have a minimum of 6 but a maximum
of 10 players. PLEASE, NO MORE THAN 10 ON A TEAM
2) The more heads the better because you might have someone who has an expertise in a
certain category. This is a good way to involve your co-workers and maybe even get the
company to pay your entry fee. The company can make a tax-deductible contribution. A

Sporting Chance is a 501 © 3 non-profit organization. The 1 Place Team will win the
“Kueker Cup” Traveling Trophy and a $250 gift certificate for dinner at Nakatos for
the entire team.

3) We will also give prizes to the 2 place ($150 at Nakatos) 3 place ($125 at Nakatos)

4 place ($100 Pizza Inn) and 5 place ($75 Pizza Inn) finishing teams.
4) Fill out the enclosed form and send it in to reserve your spot (Entry form is due by April
6, 2015). Enter as an individual or an entire team. We only need 1 name for the Team
Entry. Each team must have a captain. If you enter as an individual and get on a make up
team, then your group will decide who is captain for the make up team.
5) We will be having a Silent Auction. We will have over 25 items for the Silent Auction.
