GORDON RAMSAY GRAND OPENING CONTEST/PROMOTION
OFFICIAL RULES
PROMOTION PERIOD begins March 23, 2015, at 9:00 AM EST and ends on April 13,
2015 12:00 PM EST. As used herein “Casino” means “Boardwalk Regency Corporation
d/b/a Caesars Atlantic City”, “HAC CERP Manager, LLC on behalf of Harrah's Atlantic
City Operating Company, LLC d/b/a Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City”, and “Bally’s Park
Place, Inc. d/b/a Bally’s Atlantic City” (each a “Participating Property” and collectively
“Casino”), and all of their respective parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies. All
references to the “Gordon Ramsay Grand Opening Contest” shall be referred to as
“Promotion” throughout these Rules.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Promotion is limited to participants twenty-one (21) years of age or older
(“Participant”) with proof of age that Casino, acting in its sole and absolute
discretion, deems appropriate.
Winner must show their valid picture identification (driver’s license, state
identification card, or military identification card) if selected. If winner is not a
U.S. citizen, a current passport or alien registration card is required.
This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and gaming rules
and regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval
of appropriate regulatory authorities and are void where prohibited.
All entries are subject to review and verification.
Casino reserves the right to distribute additional entries via advertising, direct
mail, or other promotional means.
Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entrants.
Participants agree to allow Casino the unconditional use of their name and
likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without
compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent, where permitted.
Participants are responsible for any and all taxes (incl. income or sales),
licenses, registrations and other government imposed fees.
If Casino chooses to secure additional documents as Casino may reasonably
require relating to this Promotion and its rules, including but not limited to
affidavits of eligibility/release, tax documents or other similar agreements,
then each Participant agrees to sign the same upon Casino’s request.
All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this
Promotion lie solely with Casino and its Management, whose decisions are
final.
Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel or limit participation to this
Promotion at any time at a participating casino, for any reason, subject to all
applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as

of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any participant’s
Prize previously awarded. Notice of any such modification is sufficient if
posted on the participating properties’ Facebook page and the Caesars
Atlantic City Website.
Casino may disqualify any Participant for any Promotion or Prize based upon
fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotional rules or other misconduct whether
or not directly related to this Promotion.
Casino is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation
in the Promotion and is not liable for acts or omissions by employees,
whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable
in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
Casino and its sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies are not
responsible for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or
destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of participation materials,
or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or
unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer
transmissions, whether caused by Casino, users, or by any of the equipment
or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any
technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions
which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the
Promotion.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned,
including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond
the control of Casino which corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Casino reserves the
right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Promotion.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any program or website or
to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of
criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Casino reserves
the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the
law.
Promotion times are approximate. Casino reserves the right to change
Promotion times due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.
Prizes and entries are non-transferable.
All entries will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with
local legal/regulatory requirements.
Employees of Casino and its subsidiaries, affiliates, or parent companies and
immediate family members of employees who are (i) director level or above
and/or (ii) involved in coordinating or executing promotions or tournaments
are not eligible for this Promotion. Immediate Family is defined as: spouse,
child or anyone sharing the same residence as the applicable employee.

Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a
government program, at Casino’s discretion, or by their own request, are not
eligible. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements and
complying with all rules set forth herein.
By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to comply with all rules
contained herein.
A copy of these rules will be available on The Caesars Atlantic City Website
for the duration of this Promotion.
Participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Company and its and
their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and
all liability arising directly or indirectly out of Participant’s participation in the
Promotion and/or the receipt, use, misuse or participation in any prize.
With regard to all prizes identified in these Official Rules, Casino reserves
the right to substitute prizes that have or have not been awarded as long as
the value is substantially the same as the original prize offered in the event
that the original prize becomes unavailable. In no event will Casino be
obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in
these Official Rules.

Only open to residents of the 50 United States who have had Internet access
prior to the first date of this Promotion.
This Promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall
only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not
authorized to participate in the Promotion if you are not located within the
United States.
No purchase or play necessary to participate.
To enter the Promotion, Participants must, at their own cost, text MEET to

Alternatively, Participant can enter by sending an email to
[email protected]. Email must reference MEET in the subject line
and the body of the email must contain Participant’s cell phone number.
Upon receipt of text or email entry, the individual will be entered into the
Drawing.
Each text is valid for one (1) Drawing entry and individuals can only enter the
Promotion once. Multiple texts or email from the same cell phone will void
your entry.
Entries must be received no later than 12pm EST to be eligible.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE
WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE
IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE
MADE, CASINO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES
(INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Drawing entries for this Promotion are in electronic format.
Drawing will take place on April 13, 2015.
At the Drawing one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected (through
secure means to be determined by Casino) from all eligible entries.
Need not be present to win.
The potential winner will be notified by Casino via text message to the cell
phone number that was used when entering the Promotion.
The potential winner will have twenty-four (24) hours from the time of
notification to respond to the Promotion official regarding his/her prize.
Redemption instructions will be provided once potential winner has been
verified.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the
twenty-four (24) hour timeframe, he/she forfeits the prize, is deemed
disqualified and can make no further claim to the prize.
Casino will make only (1) attempt to contact the potential winners and this
will by text message alerting guest that he/she is a potential winner.
In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the
Promotion official will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by
selecting, again by random drawing (through secure means as determined by
Casino, from all remaining eligible Entries.
Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held after which the prize will remain
un-awarded and no further drawing will be made.
Participants may not win more than once during the Promotion.

Total prize package for drawing is valued up to $450
The verified winner will receive an overnight stay at Caesars Atlantic City on
April 18, 2015(standard room & tax only), Invitation for winner and guest to
attend VIP reception hosted by Gordon Ramsay at Gordon Ramsay Pub &
Grill.
All other charges and fees incurred shall be the sole responsibility of winner.
Winner must provide valid credit card for hotel incidentals.
Prize must be redeemed on April 18, 2015.
Prize is not transferable, unused portion of Prize cannot be redeemed for
cash and may not be combined with any other offers.
Prize must be used in a single visit; any amount not used shall be forfeited.

In the unlikely event that any part of the Prize is unavailable during winners’
prize fulfillment period, management reserves the right to substitute another
prize of equal or greater value.
Winner is responsible for all taxes, gratuities and fees associated with Prize.
Winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of prize
redemption.
