Norwex* Shipping Policy
Shipping:
Once you have submitted your order online through the NCO site, it will be forwarded to our Third
Party Logistics provider, (3PL), to be picked and packed.
Due to the rapid growth of Norwex, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be
dispatched from when our 3PL receive it.
At the End of Month and into the new month, please allow for additional time for dispatch as the
previous months orders have to be picked, packed and dispatched before our 3PL can begin
picking the following months orders.
Other peak times, i.e. when running promotions, sending out rewards etc. may also increase your
orders dispatch time.
Please take all of these points into consideration when advising your Customers of delivery time to
avoid disappointment.
Please also note that we are unable to give any Consultants preferential order when it comes to
your order being picked and packed, regardless of Leadership Level. Orders are dispatched in the
same order that they are received by our 3PL.
Australian Consultants - Unless specified by you, instructions to the courier companies are
“Authority to Leave”. You may request specific “Authority to Leave” instructions on your NCO. To do
this, go to – My Account – Profile Edit – Address.
If you request “Signature required”, the collection of the package is your responsibility if the
delivery cannot be made due to no-one being present to sign.
The courier company chosen to deliver your orders will be at the discretion of our 3PL.
New Zealand Consultants – Instructions to the courier companies are “Authority to Leave”. You
may request specific “Authority to Leave” instructions on your NCO. To do this, do to – My Account
– Profile Edit – Address.
The courier company chosen to deliver your orders will be at the discretion of our 3PL.
A Dispatch Notification email will be sent to you once your order has been picked up. From that
email, a link is provided to enable you to follow the progress of your delivery. The link will provide
you with “Change of Status” information. It is not a GPS tracking program.
If your delivery time has exceeded the Standard Delivery Times* listed below (please note that these
are business days) and you have tracked your order and find that it has been delayed with the
courier, please contact Support for assistance:
ACT and Sydney – 1 day
NSW Country – 2-3 days
Brisbane – 1-2 days
SE QLD – 2-3 days
QLD Country – 3-4 days
Melbourne – 1-2 days
VIC Country – 2-3 days
Adelaide – 2-3 days
SA Country – 3-4 days

An additional 1-2 days needs to be allowed for areas outside of these Centre’s.
* It is important to note that transport times can vary due to any number of factors, e.g. weather &
accidents, peak periods etc. Once your order has been dispatched from our 3PL provider, these delays are
outside the control of Norwex.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
All orders placed on the NCO site will incur Shipping and Handling Charges.

*For the purposes of this Shipping Policy, references to “Norwex” mean Norwex Australia Pty Limited for Consultants residing
