Production Line
National resources production and consumption, water
resources and energy resources were distributed
inversely, require to be rearranged geographically.
integrate the current projects with future
requirements
Gas, oil, coal, electricity and renewable energy
are replaceable to each other, and require
arrangement in a development scale.
As the relationship between coal, electricity,
power sources and network, they need to be arranged
in every aspect to ensure the smooth collaboration
of upstream and downstream industries.
Prioritized
Development
Prioritize the projects with technological and
economical advantages, and leave the hard ones to
later stage. All of these need to be managed.
Connections
Planning
Maintain a good connection between energy planning
and other planning, such as national economy,
land, water, environmental protection etc.
